The most common trenchless technique is pipe lining - we thread a flexible liner coated with epoxy through your existing sewer pipe, inflate it, and cure it in place, creating a new pipe inside the old one. This saves your landscaping, driveway, and the cost of restoration. We always perform a camera inspection first to determine which approach is right for your specific situation.

Common warning signs: your water meter keeps moving even when every faucet is off, you notice warm or wet spots on your concrete floor, you hear running water when the house is completely quiet, your water bill jumped significantly for no clear reason, or you smell mold without seeing any visible source. Slab leaks are serious - water leaking under your foundation can cause significant structural damage over time. We use electronic acoustic sensors and thermal imaging cameras to pinpoint the exact location before any work is done, so the repair is surgical rather than destructive.

A drain snake (auger) physically punches a hole through a blockage - it's effective for simple clogs but leaves the pipe walls coated with whatever caused the blockage. Hydro jetting uses water at up to 3,500 PSI delivered through a specialized nozzle to scour the pipe walls completely clean - cutting through grease, mineral scale, and even tree roots. The result is a pipe that flows like it was newly installed. Hydro jetting is recommended when you have recurring blockages (meaning the root cause wasn't eliminated), visible grease buildup on a camera inspection, or root intrusion that's partially obstructing flow.

This is one of the most common - and most urgent - situations we encounter. What you're likely dealing with is a slow, steady pinhole leak or a sweating pipe that's been dripping into the wall cavity over time. By the time drywall is visibly wet or discolored, significant moisture has usually accumulated inside the wall, and mold begins growing within 24–72 hours of water intrusion. We use moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and pressure testing to find these hidden leaks without tearing out entire sections of drywall. The sooner you call, the less remediation you'll need.
